aesreflections.com is a volunteer-run enrollment site for the AES PTA's participation in the National PTA Reflections Art Program. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
A parent or legal guardian of a current AES student may enroll that student. By enrolling you confirm you are that student's parent or guardian and that the information you provide is accurate.
Entries are governed by the National PTA Reflections official rules and California State PTA guidelines, which take precedence over anything on this site. By enrolling you confirm the entry will be the student's own original work, made this school year, and you grant AES PTA permission to display the work and the student's first name at the showcase and in PTA communications, and to forward the entry to Council, District, State, and National PTA if selected.
You may sign in with a Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep codes private; anyone with the code can act as you for a short time. We may suspend accounts used to submit false or abusive entries.
This site is provided as-is by volunteers. We will do our best to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee it will be available at all times or free of errors. If something goes wrong, email submissions@aesreflections.com and we will sort it out by hand.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. The date at the top shows the current version.
