This one changes how much work is left, so it matters most.

How should entries actually come in?

Site collects signups; artwork comes in physicallyWhat’s built now. Least work. You get a roster, parents still hand in art and a signed form. Site collects everything, including file uploadsParents upload photos, PDFs, audio, video. Most convenient for families, most work to build, and needs somewhere to store files. Do submissions need to be saved and exportable?

Right now the form is a demo — nothing is stored. Real storage means you could download a spreadsheet of every entrant.
